Abstract submission deadline 

• August 25 (deadline extended!)

Abstract guidelines 

• Submit your abstract as MS Word or PDF file. 

• Max 300 words excluding references, APA style.

• DO NOT include your name in the body of the file.

• Name your file as '[Author]_regular_title' if intended for a regular presentation, or as '[Author]_poster_title' if intended for a poster presentation.

Accepted presenters will be notified via email by 20 September.

All accepted presenters will have the opportunity to submit an updated abstract by 15 November. All accepted abstract will be posted on the website.

Non presenting participants

Non-presenting participants will be able to register for the event after 20 September.
